Additionally, the package we chose did not include Prosecco or sparkling wine (especially surprising on Christmas Day!), and the white wine that was served was warm since it was just sitting on a table rather than being chilled in an ice bucket. I visited for the set menu on Christmas Day and was quite understanding of the staffing challenges due to the pandemic. However, the service was shockingly poor. There were extremely long wait times between courses, which would have been more tolerable if we could have ordered drinks. I asked about my ordered drinks three times, and when I went to the bar, I was told to return to my table. It became almost entertaining to watch the waitstaff make endless rounds of the restaurant, carrying food and searching for table numbers. My reservation was not found in their system, and I was placed at a table right next to the kitchen. The restaurant seemed understaffed, as I observed several customers going up to the manager to express their complaints during our visit. We received excellent service from our waiter. However, I was disappointed that the wine I chose from the menu was unavailable, as well as the beer my husband selected. On a positive note, it was great to have coloring pages and pencils available to entertain my three little ones, allowing us to enjoy a quick and rare outing with our family. Thank you!
