During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had a question while checking out. The cashier, Daianna, was ringing me up, so I asked her how to pronounce her name, as I wanted to avoid mispronouncing it. To my surprise, she responded with a joke, saying "DEEZ NUTS HAHAHA HAHAAHA." I was taken aback and asked her three times to bring her supervisor, but she just kept laughing. Other customers in line were watching, but she seemed completely unaware of the situation. I told her that she needed to collect herself and display a bit more professionalism, but she did not apologize for her behavior. Unfortunately, I didn’t seek out her supervisor because I was in a hurry to get to work.

I use Doordash to order from wawa. Almost every time I order and get my food something is wrong. Tonight I order a burger with pickles and somehow got tomatoes in its place. Even the receipt doesn't have tomatoes listed but they are on my Burger. And if I get a double Burger with bacon that I pay extra for I can never get the bacon. This happened 3 times in a row. Tracy is amaaazing , she is very kind , always has a smile on her face , knows my order and never messes up the order like ever lol. Y'all are lucky to have her. I hope she can see this because credit is due here ???? Frozen Caramel Coffee and Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Lady , she'll know lol

The CNG pumps are rarely operational—only two of them currently work, and the filling process takes a long time. Additionally, they never fill up trucks completely; I usually only get around 80% to 85% capacity.

Ordered food and asked for butter on the side the one girl said yes , we got our order and asked Sarah for the butter and got attitude and a snippy did you ask for it. Everyone has bad days but everyday.
