I've been going to this Wawa for many years since it's my local Wawa, and I have to say over the years Wawa's general food quality has gone down hill, but that's not this locations fault. Wawa corporate has been cutting down on the quality of their foods to more efficiently standardize the process. This location has been renovated and it's pretty nice! Im from Delco and this is by far my favorite Wawa, the food is always great and the people are always nice, but the one employee (Reed) I had an interaction with was by the far the most polite, helpful, succulent, generous and did I helpful?! He reminds me of my grandfather who passed five years ago he?s just got that twinkle in the eye. I feel as if he is not appreciated enough at his work because he is not yet the ceo. Although he is of young age I believe he deserves the best and will go very far in his life.
I live nearby and used to visit this restaurant before my early shifts at work. However, I've had some disappointing experiences. The woman who cleans the coffee area is quite rude and often seems to avoid interacting with customers. Once, her mother came into the store while I was there and shouted at me to leave her daughter alone, accusing me of causing trouble even though we had only taken her out a couple of times over the weekend. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience.

On Sunday, 4/26, I stopped into your store and was waited on by Antoinette. I gave her my money and she gave me $3 change. I stated to her that I thought that I had given her a $20 bill. She was very polite and stated when she opened the cash drawer that she did not have any $20 bills. I said I was sorry and she apologized as well. I found the $20 in my pocket. I wanted to compliment Antoinette on her wonderful customer service.
Wawa changed the coffee. Some annoying dispenser with numerous buttons to get the coffee. WORST OF ALL THIS IS NOT the Wawa coffee we love so dearly. Coffee is not tasty from these dispensers. Not all Wawa's have this bad coffee machine. Why don'tyou call the headquarters and tell them your opinion.
Wawa, located at 2050 Sproul Rd in Broomall, PA (Shoppes at Sproul), is a classic convenience store. They serve fantastic sandwiches and a wide selection of tasty, well-made food. It’s not fancy, but the quality is impressive! The staff were also friendly and accommodating.
I just ordered a Hoagie. But she put all vegetable and turkey in the middle of bread. After I opened wrap paper I should put everything even by myself. Just little sauce in the middle. Very Dry. I never write reviews. But today?s hoagies was terrible.

The best run Wawa I go into during the week. The guy that is the morning manager is on the ball. The help is working hard, the shelves are full and they are friendly.
Love Wawa hate their parking lots. Every Wawa has a parking lot that is a nightmare.
