When I lived in Sac, you could find me here every weekend without fail. Aside from the fish being super fresh and delicious, the staff and sushi chefs are seriously what made me come back. They make you feel right at home and the service is super quick!! I usually get the chef’s 7 pc nigiri and a couple of orders of seared salmon belly with tuna hand rolls. You really can’t go wrong with any of the menu rolls either. I recently visited the midtown location and it’s the same great fish and staff! There really isn’t a sushi place in town that I recommend more than Wedashii! Love the food and love the people. Will always stop by when I’m in town!
The CK.R.E.A.M (chicken katsu) roll was okay, not the best, but it wasn't bad. The meat was kind of dry, and the roll overall wasn't very flavourful, so I'd rate it a 2/5. I got the California Roll in case I wouldn't like the other one, and that was perfect, 5/5, it's hard to mess that one up. The dessert I wanted to try was the Wedashii Crispii , and it is SO GOOD and very unique in my opinion, 10/5. I was on the fence about it when I ordered, but now I would definitely recommend trying it.
So this place is ugly as sin on the inside. It feels like a warehouse in desperate need of a paint job.That being said, the food was delicious! I ordered the beets as an appetizer and the salmon and tuna tartare, and both were amazing. The beets were creative with sliced orange and avocado, and the tartare was bursting with flavor. We were very surprised!
Wedashii is my favorite Japanese restaurant in town all the rolls are delicious some of my favorites being the Zig Zag Hand Roll, Snoop Lion, the legend, Mimi's, #1 and it's hard out here for a shrimp the Chicken Teriyaki is also really good. It doesn't hurt that the Owner Ronnie is super cool and welcoming. I will recommend this place all day.

I've ordered this item a few times and it's been good but this time my order was fantastic. Don't know if they have a new cook but it was really an excellent meal. Received a good portion of teriyaki with a decent amount of sauce and gyoza was crisp and warm. The California Roll was a bit soggy but overall a really good meal.... thanks
Went here on valentine's day with out-of-town friends who unexpectedly stopped by. We were seated quickly after calling to see if they had tables, and they did! Everything we had was delicious. The names of the rolls were great. The quality was good, and service was friendly. Good prices, too.
Best sushi ever, this place is absolutely fantastic from the incredible food( you must try the black and orange) to the great staff they have never once let me down. I live in San Jose but anytime I am in Sacramento I make sure to stop here even if it's just to grab a quick lunch.
I don't know if it's better when you order in, but do not order Wedashii through dd. The chef delivered small portions and the 7pc Nigiri Combo came with almost no rice. When I pay nearly $20 for a single item. I expect more. Wedashii did not meet my expectations.

The bbq albacore chicken teriyaki were delicious. The rice was perfectly cooked and the salad was fresh. Unfortunately the #1 sushi was bland. I was expecting it to be more flavorful and spicy.
These 1 start rants must be from people that were born miserable. I would eat sushi from here over makuni anyday. Mikuni tastes like McDonald's rolls compared to these
