If you're craving fish and chips, Wee Chippy is the spot to visit. The decor is nothing special unless you have an interest in post-war retail design. Service can be a mixed bag, with one staff member being chatty and the other quite reserved. What truly stands out, though, is the fish—fresh, top-quality, expertly cooked, and offered at a fair price.
During my bike trip from Lands End to John O'Groats, I stopped at Wee Chippy for a meal, and it was fantastic. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and accommodating. Their menu offered great choices, making the experience even better. I couldn’t have hoped for a nicer stop.
