Food was not good, service was subpar. This has been the last 3x I've come here, there won't be a fourth. The best thing from there is the lemonade and they can't even get that right. For almost $5, I expect to at least get the right amount of ice I asked for in my drink. Mind you, ALL I got was the lemonade (told you that's the only thing worth getting, and only because it was hot in my car lol) so there was no reason to mess up the sole item I ordered. Do yourself a favor and go to the McD down the block. (Before noon. After that, teens are behind the counter, but that's another review for another day lol). In short, do better Wendy's. The franchise owner really needs to pop into his store...
This Wendy’s SUCKS!!! I ordered one bacon fries one chili cheese fries. All they did was sprinkle cheddar strips on it and served it to us cold. Cheese was not melted at all. When we kindly asked if they could please melt the cheese on fired the rude Indian lady refused! The honey chicken burger was nasty, chicken patty was rubbery. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD
It's a popular Wendy which little bit expensive than the one in lower manhattan.$4.44 for a meal is not bad at all. The one located in Nassau and Fulton is the best, high tech self-order machines with no lines and the price is cheaper.
Bathroom out of service for days. Will never go back. Employees seem to think customers don’t need to wash their hands before a meal. Makes me wonder if they themselves wash their hands as they prepare meals. Disgusting. ?

Great food at this location... they really make it well, and the staff goes a long way to help customers, also they work hard and that goes unnoticed which I feel needs to be highlighted?in this review! ?!
Like going to Wendy's here, fast service, nice staff. Food is always good and hot. Never had an issue there. Today I got a craving for French fries and came here. Fries are hot and good.
these wendy’s is slowwww in service, even if the journey is empty and they are full occupied. I spend 25 minutes only ordering and only 3 people in front of me.
This Wendy's is amazing. It's not Arby's (the best American restaurant) but it is awesome. It might be the best Wendy's I've ever been to. fun time with family
