I was having some difficulty placing my order due to issues with my Cash App, which left me feeling quite frustrated. I decided to go inside the restaurant, and a friendly staff member greeted me with a smile. Although I wasn’t quite ready to order yet, he checked in with me again about 5-10 minutes later with the same friendly demeanor. Once I finally managed to sort out my Cash App issues, I approached the register to place my order. There, I was assisted by a young man named Brooklyn who was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. His positive attitude really improved my mood and allowed me to enjoy my meal. "This was our first visit to this Wendy’s location, and we usually enjoy Wendy’s food. However, this time we encountered some problems. The fries had an odd taste, and my wife felt unwell afterward. They had an acidic flavor that was off-putting. I finished my meal, hoping to figure out what was wrong, but my wife could only eat about half of hers before declaring that something was off. A few minutes later, she became sick. While I felt some discomfort, I didn’t actually get sick myself."
I would rate this place a two. While everyone was nice, the person on the microphone didn’t listen to my order. I asked for chili cheeseries, but instead, I received plain cheeseries. I even confirmed my order at the window, and that's what I ended up getting. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order again before leaving because I was on my lunch break from work. The person at the window seemed to be in a hurry to get me my food, but I wish my order had been correct.
This isn't gourmet dining, but the food is quite good if you're in the mood for a classic burger and fries. I can't comment on the inside atmosphere, but the drive-thru gets my order right every time, though it can be slow during peak hours. My guilty pleasure here is indulging in a Baconator and a double stack or two every week. The quality and flavor of the food are consistently great.
