Frequently wrong orders, incredibly long wait times, and rude staff. Order regular six piece nugget and a large chili with cheese and onion. Get a regular chili with nothing and a spicy nugget after waiting for 21 minutes with two people in line. Would literally rather eat anywhere else.
Food is normally okay when you're even able to get it. This location frequently likes to stop taking orders up to a hour before they close. Like tonight, it was a hour before close and they weren't taking orders but I saw 4—5 people outside taking trash out.
They take WAYYYY TO LONG to take a order. They were looking at their phones instead of taking orders. If you are a Truck driver go elsewhere unless you wanna spend your 30 minute break trying to get your order
I absolutely love the entire staff!! Every time I come the drive Thur, the morning staff already know what I want even before I order it!! Yes, the seasoned potatoes are amazing!! Réservez une table maintenant
This is one of the best customer service experiences I've had at a Wendy's, especially for a truck stop. The staff were wonderful, particularly the young worker at the front.
Not a fan of fast food typically because of the quality of food and typically bad customer service. This location has friendly staff, fresh food and a clean lobby.
The restaurant is always busy, but the food is quite good. The service can be a little slow at times. Overall, it's a nice combination of Wendy's and Love's.
