I purchased a cake for my daughter from this place, and the service was excellent. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. The cake was absolutely delicious, and all our guests remarked on how beautiful the ice cream was. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Went to Wendy’s on Thursday night with my 2 friends. The customer service from Jennifer was quiet atrocious, she didn’t want a bar of serving me or my friends and rolled her eyes when my friends wanted to try some icecream flavours.

I received the wrong dish and they refused to correct it, despite my order being placed only five minutes earlier. When I brought it up, the staff showed no concern. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant.

I received the wrong flavor and they refused to take it back, even though it was only 5 minutes after I placed my order. When I went to address the issue, the staff was indifferent. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever visited.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant today. The staff member miscalculated my daughter's bill; $50 minus $5 should be $45, not $40. This is really unacceptable. We won't be coming back. Very disappointing.

Service is friendly once they put the phones down...Thick shakes are consistent but not thick enough...Only a 3 star product but I do like a consistent product... (just need to make the think shakes thicker)
