Rude workers. Standard within city limits. Will not return and do not recommend. It ain’t the food it’s the service. All i wanted was The sandwich i paid for and instead of being greeted with an apology after i went all the way home and came all the way back, after i said “YALL got my order wrong” i was corrected with “you mean Wendy’s got your order wrong”. I don’t let people with them kind of attitudes prepare my food so i just got a refund. Get better workers.
I give this place 1 star because, despite the end of the COVID pandemic, their lobby is still closed. I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed or if there's another reason, but that’s not a valid excuse for not accommodating those who can't drive or order online. Other Wendy's locations have reopened their lobbies for customers, but not this one. This location really needs to open up its lobby again for patrons.
they messed my order up theres workers up there not even working there just sitting around talking and my French fries taste like mop water like they dropped them on the ground my burger is cold and its not even made right there wrapping skills are trash nd I personally would never eat from here again this is disgusting throw the whole restaurant away
Very unprofessional while I'm standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order they were standing around doing nothing had 2 employees look at me but never asked if I've been helped l well never go back..... Réservez une table maintenant
I wish I could give this place zero stars. The bread was hard and my sister couldn't even finish her chili. It was the worst Wendy's experience ever, located right next to the one in Garden City.
I don’t know how much sugar you put in your lemon aide but if you are not a diabetic person you would be after drinking your lemon aide.
Trash franchise that didn't fulfill the order and then refused to do anything about it. They are outright thieves and liars.
