If I could leave negative stars I would. They forgot my burger, literally shorted me the main part of my meal told me that they realized that, but I had to drive back up there to get it. I told them I was 15 minutes away and that my food would all be cold if I’m gonna drive back up there I want my full order. The manager Bunny said she can’t do that unless I bring back all the food which I explained to her I already left at my house to come back up and get the food. She then answered and said she needed the food back to cover her losses for the night. How about my losses..,my gas to drive 30 minutes and my time! Very disappointed with management at this location. I will never be back. Thanks...
I called to complain about the chicken sandwich, and it was shocking to see the condition of the potatoes. Thank you for the pictures, but I won’t be returning. Not everyone wants to purchase subpar food from a fast-food chain that clearly doesn't prioritize customer service. Since COVID, their customer service has been abysmal, and we’re left to endure it. The staff’s attitude says it all. They seem to be selling anything they can for a dollar, but this is not a place where my family and friends will spend our money again.
I made an online order and it gave me the option to pick it up in drive thru, inside, or delivery and I chose inside. When I got there all the doors were locked and so I had to go through the drive thru anyway. Took LITERALLY 28 minutes to get my food and it made me late for work. I ordered online because I thought it would be faster.....NOPE! Will not be going back!
I never believe in leaving negative reviews. but the bigger girl is a chaos. after waiting up from 10 minutes in the passage at 950am nobody answered the innercom. no customer cars in the parking lot. we moved to windows and laugh these women and waving when we drove away. this is the third time in the last 4 weeks this happened at this place. only mash

Whondy was decent overall, but I really dislike the rolls they use for their sandwiches; they always taste crispy and dry. The rest of the sandwiches are delicious, though, which makes it frustrating. Also, be cautious when using the drive-thru; there's a significant pothole right after you turn the corner after ordering from the menu.
0 stars. Lady was talking through the headset in-between cars. Ordered online to be picked up IN the location, not through the drive through, which had 7 cars ahead of me. Food was ice cold, nor anything that the new wendys bags say on it.
Just went to this Wendy's because haven't had it in a long time now I remember why. They need a all new Staff, The Staff you have now are Rude happy they help me go somewhere else for food!!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star.
I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru, only to be informed that their computers were down and they couldn’t take my order for at least another 15 minutes. This was during my lunch break from work!

Just went and ordered 2 ten piece nugget meals. The drive thru guy was rude and then when I got home there were only 8 nuggets in each meal, one thing of fries and the drinks were not full.
It is always sslooooow at this location. It is the only one on the way home from the barn so no much choice if we want Wendys. Food is a expected.
