First and last time coming here. Paid almost 7 dollars for an orange juice and the smallest bacon and egg cheese biscuit I’ve ever had in my entire life. It was so tiny I could’ve given it to my three-year-old. Plus the biscuit was hard as a rock—I could throw it at someone’s head and knock them out. What the heck did I just pay for? And no jelly? These cheap owners of these businesses will learn the hard way. It is pure ridiculous to cut back on sauces and jellies, to hold onto every penny, instead of making a few sacrifices in your lifestyle. These places are not about customer service anymore, the pandemic completely annihilated that illusion. Now they only care about keeping the few work...
So so service. The order was accurate. My big complaint is about the cashier. I literally stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before she, or anyone else acknowledged that I was there. She was busy helping the other staff catch up on orders. I get that, but at least welcome me to the store and let me know that you will be with me as soon as you help out your other staff.Also, when I ordered, I asked for a drink holder. She gave me 3 cups. I filled them with soda and then asked again for a drink holder.
I typically enjoy visiting this restaurant for its quality and upscale atmosphere, but this experience was the worst I've ever encountered. The staff were unprofessional, using inappropriate language and showing a lack of respect toward customers. Even the manager seemed unable to manage the situation. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning unless there are significant changes made to improve the staff training and overall demeanor of the employees, particularly those who were particularly rude.
Would give them zero stars if I could. Went through the drive-through and ordered a combo that had a price of $8.79. When I got to the window they charged me $10.19 plus tax. I asked him about the variance and without any explanation or response, they just walked away from me. A Man brought the order to us when it was ready and we asked him as well and he basically told us it was not his problem because he didn't make the sign. both extremely rude!!!!

Food I ordered was good, yet the customer service skills was lacking professionally. I received a double cheeseburger with onions and pickles which I specifically said NO onions or pickles. There was a hair in my chilly and I know it wasn't one of ours because it was mixed in! This is very unsanitary during these times! Also no spoon or Cheese which I paid for... I 100% don't recommend this place at all! If your craving wendys go somewhere else!!!!!!
I placed an order online, but when I arrived, they hadn't started making it yet. Isn't the point of online ordering to avoid waiting? Additionally, the person who prepared my Frosty handled it without wearing gloves and also dealt with cash.
the food was hot and fresh. had to wait a little extra, as the spcuy5chicken was made fresh. can complain. fries had a little too much salt otherwise the meal met the site

They had a line in the drive-thru so I went inside. Busy location but I got what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. Food was good.
Fresh and delicious food, and the ice-cold fruit shakes are absolutely fantastic!
