I wouldn’t describe this place as a fast option for dining. You're likely to wait at least 20 minutes for your order. What's more frustrating is that my order was incorrect when I got home, and they seemed to mysteriously close earlier than their posted hours. Either corporate or the owner should definitely take notice of this. My girlfriend works next door and has tried to grab lunch there during her break, but more often than not, she finds it closed or can't get her food in time because of the long wait. She only has an hour for lunch. It's hard to believe this business has been profitable for at least six months with issues like these.
The order was correct and hot for dine in, so I’ll give them that. I generally try to give fast food the benefit of the doubt due to short staffing. But they had 5 people in there and the girl at the front counter had no intentions of taking care of customers until she had to. (Receipt says Layanna) She walked away to the back of the store after taking each order pretty much and made a line pile up that took 10-15 to even order. She wasn’t busy, just lazy. Not friendly at all. No ice in the front machines. The soda was flat/low on syrup for almost all flavors so it wasn’t worth the money. Probably won’t go to this location again.
This is the worst Wendy's in the area, bar none.They are slow, get orders wrong, and the employees faff about doing nothing except watch their coworkers do off task or being so interested in the weather that tgey wast customer time.Took over 40 mins for me and my dad to get food from this location, and none of the employees were even slightly motivated to actually get the long line of cars moving.
This place is so trash. I'm pretty sure they were smoking crack out back while there was a line out back wrapping around the building. We didn't get to order even tho we waited 20 minutes. It would be nice if someone could at least tell us that there will be a wait. We decided to leave after 20 minutes. I worked in a restaurant and I don't understand how you can be this bad at your job.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited a long time just to place my order at the drive-thru and ended up being pulled out of line after several cars ahead of me due to the wait. The person handling payments was not friendly, and my order was still incorrect when I received it.
I misunderstood my order, but they have it right on the bill. charged for 2 hamburgerpatties got only one, for cheese for chili and not received. wait 45 minutes. no dining room open so it could not go back. last time I visited wendys. food: 4/5
This place consistently gets our orders wrong. Two days ago, I got food poisoning after eating a spicy chicken sandwich. I didn't have anything else that day, so it was definitely the cause. This will be my last visit to Wendy's. Be cautious!
The food is good, served fresh and hot. My only complaint is the extremely slow drive through! I had to wait a total of 25 minutes to get a coffee and a sausage croissant with 2 cars in front of me.

We ordered a Taco salad. We get our food and noticed the chili was missing. When we asked they told the chili hasn't been made today. Like you could have mentioned that upfront.
