This is probably the worst Wendy's I've ever attended. It's not the food that is bad. It's the typical Wendy's flavor, which I've always loved. It's the service and reliability. Everytime I go to this Wendy's in the evening, they claim that their credit card machine is down and they're only accepting exact change in cash. However, if you go during the day their credit card machine works. It just seems like they don't want to serve the majority of individuals that have credit cards. It's honestly a bummer. It's always something ??going wrong at this location. Everytime I visit this location it's always something doesn't work, or I have to wait to be summoned to the 2nd drive-thru window to pick up my food. What fast food chain does that. I should be able to pay at one window and immediately pull up to the next window to receive my food. It's crazy and hood at the same time ?.
Finding a good fast food restaurant is really hard these days. But I found one in Wendy's on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow!! My food was hot, delicious, great portions, and the customer service through the Drive-Thru was a welcome sight!! Ready! I'm back in my voice of the terminator!
