So, I used to come here before they remodeled and everything changed. When I came to visit and dine in, it was a horrible visit. The food was great. First the doors were locked at 3 in the afternoon and there were people inside getting orders. I ordered the new burger with the pretzel bun combo with a sweet tea. When I got to the window to pay the gentleman gave me a different amount then what I was told when I ordered. He did quickly rectify that and was very friendly. Got to the window to pick up my food and the gentleman handed me the bag and told me I needed to pull up to wait for the rest of my order. At that point I was confused. I asked what I was waiting for and was told pull up and he would let me know. They are barely open in the mornings. I have been to this location 3 days in a row and they were not open one of those times the lights were on and I saw people and no one answered the intercom and the people once I drove to leave all of a sudden wasnot able to be seen anymore. Either their credit card Machine is down.. they system had an outage and now yall not open in themornings as yall advertise. Just close down all together. Discovering a quality fast food restaurant can be quite a challenge these days. However, I recently came across one at Wendy’s on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow! My food was hot, delicious, and served in generous portions. Plus, the customer service at the Drive-Thru was a refreshing experience! Ready! I'm back in my Terminator voice!

Absolutely loved this Wendy's. The atmosphere and relaxing atmosphere were a welcome surprise! My only complaint was the restroom. The restrooms were disorderly and under supplied. Great friendly staff and I LOVE the Adoption support display just wish it wasn't displayed on the way to the bathroom.
The service was quick, and the young lady who took my order was very polite. Gene, the cook, was also incredibly friendly! I’ll definitely be returning soon! Thank you for being such a wonderful team! I even received some smiles during my visit! Thanks again, J. Thomas.
I got the spicy chicken sandwiches combos. I asked for fresh spicy chicken sandwiches. The chicken had been sitting on the warmer. I will not be back to this location. The one on Jonesboro Road near Sam's Club is better and the employees provide excellent service.
I went to this Wendy's at 1130pm. First off the girl at the window was rushing me to order. When I get my order is missing a fry and they only have is 1 napkin for 2 combos. The service is awful at night and sometimes during the day.

Great food as always. Staff exceeded my customer service expectations however very slow at getting orders out. Should get better with experience.
It was wonderful! The renovation is amazing, and the food was incredibly fresh!
