I took my son there and I had a classic chicken sandwich while he had a double hamburger and my chicken sandwich was the driest I have ever seen a sandwich of that type and tasted burnt, my guess is that it was left under a heat lamp for way too long. My son's double burger was cold as well. The tables were dirty as well as the floor, they did have a woman cleaning the tables who was nice, she smiled and said hi to us but the rest of the employees seemed not to care about their jobs very much, slow to take our order even though there was only two other people in the dining area and the drive through was not busy. Can I give negative stars?? Went in yesterday for the first time in 15 years to Wendy 's.. this location was horrible. The bathroom was messy but the worst part twas the service at the counter. The first girl took my friends order wrong and didn 'tbother to take mine before walking away. Then some other lady comes up to take my order and gives me attitude because I askednot lettuce or tomato and she snap the classic or something like that and I didn 't know so I asked for clarification and shesnapped back with an attitude again. We cancelled our orders and left. Will not be spending money with people that treatcustomers like that. Very unprofessional staff and you could tell no one was happy...
The service here was terrible. The staff refused to let us place two separate orders on different tickets. Instead, they insisted that we pay for our food first and then drive back around to order again. We went along with this, even though it was already 11:10 PM and there were no other cars in line. When we returned to the window, they told us we couldn’t order because we hadn’t driven around and re-entered the drive-through. If this is your policy, it would be wise to consider that there may be multiple people ordering. My money is mine, and their money is theirs.
Not much I can say other than this location is pretty much useless considering they just renovated the inside of the store and yet the inside is not open. It’s happened almost more times than not and it’s every time before 7pm. I will not give my business to a drive thru only location.

Orderd via mobile app, went to pick it up but they said order has already been picked up and they won’t give me my order because they already made it. They should check or confirm who’s picking up the order.
08/25/22: Dear Wendy's Service was Kool, but I asked for extra onions.......and this definitely ain't it. ???? I'm shol mad that it was on the receipt but still made wrong. ????
Big Wendy? The food was delivered exactly as requested and was served steaming hot. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were very friendly.
The guy named Paul who took our order was very kind and showed great warmth towards my son. He also has a beautiful smile!

For once, the regular Wendy burger was a burger. It's not a mini burger and a bun.It was delicious.
