I've been to this location over 10 times and I would say they get your food correct around 50% or less of the time. I just went to get the Pretzel pub burger, was given a double cheeseburger instead. Drove back to return it, went to open it to still be incorrect. At some point there needs to be some new employees hired on. Either that or the store owner truly is incompetent. And BTW its pretty obvious half of the reviews on the Ritchie HWY location (this one) are fake. Do better, I actually like Wendy's but this one has to be the worst by far.
I like to go with friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is appetizing and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a lovely time. highly recommended.
