This is by far the best Wendy's I’ve ever been to! The recent remodel looks amazing, and the lobby is brighter and more inviting. I also love the calming country music playing softly in the background. The biggest highlight for me was the exceptional service. Joseph is incredibly friendly and always positive. Eating inside here is genuinely a pleasant experience—definitely not what you usually expect from a Wendy’s! Great job, everyone!
The food is somewhat overpriced. I ordered a strawberry frosty, but I was informed that it’s no longer available, despite it still being advertised on their outdoor sign and inside the restaurant. I had driven down from south Sacramento specifically for the strawberry frosty, so I was quite disappointed. I kindly suggested that they should remove the advertisement to prevent others from experiencing the same issue I just encountered.
A staff member rudely yelled at me when I asked to use the restroom, as if I should have known it was closed or out of order.
The chicken sandwich was hot, and the fries were too! The drive-thru service was incredibly fast. Thanks! Réservez une table maintenant
