I’ve had mistakes or unasked for substitutions the last four times I’ve ordered here with fairly long gaps between visits. I will not go to this location anymore. When I order something I expect to get what I asked for and not swapped for a cheaper item without a refund for the original. If something isn’t available take it off the app or contact the customer.
Worse experience, fries cold, drink was wrong, burger was wrong I ordered onions on it and a tomato was SUPPOSE to come on it anyway. She gets mad at because they kept making mistakes. May I add that they were only taking cash, luckily I had some on me. One thing I know is never be rude while someone else is fixing your food.
The fries were obviously hard-cooked and were soggy and greasy to the point they couldn't be eaten. The burgers were good. The menu outside had one price listed Ann's I was charged a dollar more for each combo. Very disappointed! I won't use this Wendy's ever again!!
I had to wait in line twice during my visit for food that was lukewarm each time. My burger was served lukewarm, and when I switched my order to the home-style chicken, it was the same. I ended up giving up on the nuggets altogether. Réservez une table maintenant
This place has gotten my order wrong the last 3 times I've been there. Drive through only, very rude staff, managment could not care less about clientele. Do not go to this Wendy's. I will never go there again.
Location never takes orders when open for breakfast. It be 8am 9am and cars be parked outside so you know it is open. Losing money and customers, but I bet the employees want raises and hours lmao
My cheeseburger was put together in a bit of a haphazard way, and only half of the cheese was melted. However, it was still quite satisfying overall.
The guy in the drive thru was super nice but he served me the most burnt cookies I've ever had! A total waste of $6! Réservez une table maintenant
