I won't be told to microwave fast food! I ordered a large meal with several burgers, fries, and Frosties to enjoy with my brother. When I got home, I realized they charged me for large fries but didn’t include them. I called the restaurant, and the staff laughed and hung up on me, acting like it was a joke. I had to drive all the way back for my missing fries. There was no apology for the mistake, and a low-level employee confronted us, scolding us for not checking the bag. To top it off, they suggested we microwave the already cold food. I was really disappointed with the whole experience.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru and couldn't leave because I was surrounded by other customers who were also waiting for their orders. The food I received was lukewarm, and my burger was cooked poorly. To top it off, the server forgot my Frosty. I likely won't return, as my experiences with Wendy's have declined significantly.
Agree with most of this list, food was consistent with Wendy's all around- service was sad... no greetings, they don't speak clearly. It's not just one time at this location, every time I go in, seems staff was upset to talk and belp customers... couldn't tell who manager was, because everyone had a look on their face..
Nondescript. I guess I was disappointed because Wendy's is running a big Hot and Crispy French Fries ad campaign. When I pulled away from the drive-thru, I found my French fries were not particularly hot and certainly weren't crispy.

The guy who claims to be the manager refused was a complete idiot and very rude I asked for the area managers phone number or a corporate number he said he didn’t have it he should be
This is an excellent Wendy's location. I live close by and visit often. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is consistently fresh and tasty.
I never used to eat Wendys until this location opened up and now I'm a regular. Service is usually pretty great, food is fresh! Would recommend.
I love the ceasar salad. But Wendy could use a lit more vegetarian options. Or a fish sandwich. I would then come more often
