White Castle - Réserver une table

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food took a long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. When our burger, fries, and onion rings finally came, they were cold and tasted old. This was frustrating for me because I grew up loving White Castle and it's one of my favorite places to eat. Additionally, we realized we never received our milkshakes, and when we asked about it, we were told the machine was broken and they only had vanilla shakes available. It took about 15 minutes before we had to go up to the counter to remind them about our missing shakes. Overall, this was not a great experience and I will try a different White Castle next time. Thank you.

I tried White Castle for the first time on 06/05/22 at 1:30. The young lady working as the cashier was very friendly and provided excellent service, so I give her 5 stars. We ordered the 1921 sliders but were informed that they were out of tomatoes, which we were okay with. We were offered grilled onions instead, which we accepted. However, when the person in charge was informed, they had a nonchalant attitude and said they could not make the substitution. This led to our sliders being incomplete, which was very disappointing for our first visit. I will try another place next time I am in town.

Was missing the Smoothie I ordered which was the thing I was most looking forward to. Didn't receive any of the sauces I asked for. And the cheeseburger sliders were just wet mushy buns. First and last time having White Castle.

Whenever I come to Nashville, this location is always my favorite choice. The food is consistently delicious and always served hot and fresh.
