impressed with the quality of the food and the service at this White Castle. The staff are not only professional, but also friendly and polite. My orders are always prepared correctly, in the right size, fresh, and with all the customizations I request. This restaurant is consistently busy when other chains are not, which shows its reliability and popularity. I am always satisfied with my experience here.
THE gentleman who took my order was cool nice and pleasant even said he appreciate it. After I left that customer service right there. He was constantly moving filling up the ice machine. He deserves a great job and a little bit of araise. Please help and give me some incentive to continue his hard work. He worked last night at the Belleville Crossinglocation. I didn't get his name. The short staff that was working on our visit were doing good to keep up. KUDOS to them under their circumstances!! The problem we found was there were no napkins in the dining room area, NO DIET SODA'S, NADA, ZILCH, not to mention the water puddled inseveral areas on the floor. Ordered crave clutch. 2 cars in drive thru took 30 min. Whomever took my order was rude and could barely understand him/her. Just about every fast food place in Belleville is ratchet af.
The worker were slow, the order was wrong or part of it was. There was one lady who helped alot , she finished what the person who took the order messed up She was very nice
Hands down the worst white castle I've ever been too!! Only good thing that I can say is that the burgers resembled white castles
