Best service ever, I'm a customer in this special White Castle since I was a baby. My grandparents have lived literally behind it for many years. For all my years, I received the BEST customer service that I learned yesterday evening at 2:00 on Monday morning 3/28/2022 at this point... the team went all in and beyond to make sure that I was happy, although I had given no reason to treat me especially. You definitely need more crew members like these guys. So glad I'm a customer.
My boyfriend and I went to White Castle for Valentine's Day and were very pleasantly surprised. The decorations were cute, the service was fast and friendly, and it was a quick and casual Valentine's date. I would recommend other couples trying this for one year instead of an expensive dining restaurant. It was a fun change for the romantic holiday.
I didn't get the Chicken Rings or the Fudge Dipped Cheesecake, but everything else was absolutely delicious! The fish and veggie sliders were amazing, and my three children devoured the Cheeseburger Sliders!

It was fun to get to White Castle for their annual Valentine's Day celebration. The menu was great, but service was spotty at best.
While there was a longer waiting time in the Drive-Thru line, I was satisfied with the results. BACON is KING.
My delivery driver was fantastic and had great communication! The food was fresh and the order was accurate.
