If there was an issue with the headset or the drive-thru speaker, the manager had multiple exits to come out and inform the waiting cars about the situation, especially since it was clear there was a line. White Castle has glass windows all around except at the drive-thru speaker, so there was no excuse for not communicating.
I really do like this location, so I hope they can improve. Sending blessings to the staff and their families. I’m giving it three stars because I believe this is normally a four-star restaurant, but I’m curious to see how my next visit goes.
I had a bit of a mix-up during my visit; despite requesting no pickles on my burgers, they came with them, which I couldn't eat due to my allergy. The food did smell great, but errors can happen. On a positive note, the onion rings were fantastic! I highly recommend trying the 4 Double Cheese Sliders at this restaurant. When prepared properly, they're incredible, especially when served hot.
I hadn't satisfied my cravings in quite some time, so my sister and I decided to treat ourselves. To our delight, White Castle had a special offering: 10 cheesy sliders for just $8.99! We ordered a bag of 10 and split them, enjoying 5 each. It made for a delicious late-night snack before heading home. Great job, White Castle! Keep up the good work!
The food was served cold and appeared to have been sitting out for some time. The portions were small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied. Additionally, they added ice to my drink despite my explicit request for no ice, and it looked unclean. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience at this restaurant.

This location has unfortunately declined recently. The drive-thru is often backed up around the building, and they only use one lane for taking orders. However, the staff inside are friendly, and my orders are always accurate. I really enjoy the breakfast slider, which is why I continue to visit.
The restaurant often forgets to provide condiments. Nevertheless, the shrimp was delicious, especially with the cocktail sauce I had at home. The jalapeno burgers were enjoyable, but unfortunately, my wife couldn't finish her double cheeseburger because it had a bad smell.
Got White Castle chicken sandwich meal. What a disappointment! The chicken was wafer thin, and overcooked. Like chicken jerky on bread. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in stale fish grease. I want my money back.
