if I could give them a zero, I would! first took the cash in the car thru my payment with the same gloves on them prepared the eating with. bring my card back and get them all greasy. if, of course, I told her something and she didn't say anything. at this point I have no plans to eat this food, but she did not look like she would give me a refund so that I have notified her to take her. I only checked the food to see, and the eggs looked like they had fallen on the floor or cooked on very bad grill. it was disgusting and I will never return to this place again! I still have my reception and photo when the restaurant wants to contact me. nasty!
they had a strange policy that you could not sit and eat in your car on the parking lot. we asked about 10 slider. we received them with cheese and not much more. not impressed by this situation. I usually love white castle. the personal was also impatient and abrupt. park: as the inner seemed not open, and they would not allow them to park and eat, I would say that the parking was only for the employees.
I have $17.58 for that. I order 2 numbers 13’s from the breakfast menu and when I received my food, I had egg dishes in my bacon egg and cheese toast sandwich and my hairdresser list had eggs and cheese and no sausage, haash brew was boiled and very oily. they have not returned my food or refunded my money. 10/10 not recommended
I got in line at the drive thru. I was second in. The cashier took the order of 5 people in the other line ignored me. When got to the window wS rudely addressed and the person at the window asked why I cursed her out, I did not curse at her. Worst service I have ever received.WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE.

I usually don't request ketchup and mustard on my sliders because I find that the steam bun provides enough moisture, but I regret not doing so this time. The sliders were very dry. Additionally, I ordered a few fish sliders and asked for tartar sauce on the side, but they forgot to include it in the bag.
They can 't hear very well through the speaker. If you say no cheese you will get asked with cheese ? I asked for combo #9 the cashier argued with me an said you said a number 2! The order taker was really weird an seemed off... My food was ok full of onions and my fries were cold
Food is usually fresh but the speed of service is soooooo slow. You could go home and cook something in the amount of time it takes to get an order from this location
Received totally items from what was ordered and this has happened 3 times at this restaurant. The workers need to pay attention and get the orders correct.

The fries were cold and stale, and the cheese on the sliders was not melted. I would rate it a 4 out of 10.
I highly recommend this restaurant for its really fresh food. I did place my order at 1 am though, lol.
