A proper family atmosphere from the minute you walk in and are greeted warmly then on to the lovely restaurant and attentive staff. Great food choices and of course so many cakes to choose from. Loved looking at the Xmas decorations and checking out the plants and flowers always in top condition. It is a lovely oasis and a favourite haunt to bring friends.
We absolutely love going to Whitegates with all the family. The shop has lovely gifts at reasonable prices. The nursery has a huge choice of plants the cafe is fantastic. But the best part for us is the staff. They are so friendly, helpful welcoming. We look forward to every visit. Thank you!
This garden center and gift shop is fantastic, and the café is exceptional! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food is simply delicious, featuring some of the best cakes I've ever had. If you're looking for a special treat, I highly recommend trying the afternoon tea.

Really enjoyed our visit, highly recommend the garden centre and the Cafe too! Staff knowledgeable and helpful. The plants were healthy and well looked after.
