Whitt's Barbecue - Réservation de table

My company spent $500 for their food, for a branch lunch, and they wouldn't give us courtesy cups and forks. They wanted to charge us. Our employee purchased them at the dollar store, out of principle. I would say that there is a steep decline in good customer service but that wouldn't be fair to other establishments that take pride in providing exemplary service. Clearly, this is not one of those establishments. It's a shame. The food is decent but poor customer service overshadows that. Obviously we will never use them again.

Whitt's has been and is always the best barbecue! I love their food, all the sides are good too! I really love their cole slaw and baked beans. Their tea is excellent and am thankful they offer half and half tea option as very few places that allows you to get half and half (put it in the comments section). They actually take the time to read the comments for special requests.

I enjoy the food every time I come. However I get the same thing every time and end up paying a different price EACH time. I tried explaining to the young lady how I was overcharged for each side/drink even though the combo price is listed, but it went over her head.There is a young man who works weekends who is a delight and consistent on charging the right price.

The Macaroni and Cheese here is the best I’ve had in a long time! I also tried their Nashville hot chicken loaded baked potato, and it was genuinely spicy. The food was fantastic overall. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it! Réservez une table maintenant

Omggg I came home to Tennessee to visit and I had Whitt’s and it was soooo good!!! And I was very sad I had to go back to Washington st and not have it again for a while. WELLLL I find out they have shipping!!!!!!!!! Yes I will be ordering

I organized a large meal for my team, and it was straightforward and effective. The food was excellent and met all our needs. I sincerely wish this business continued success. Food rating: 5/5.

The BBQ was fantastic, but they just tossed the pickles into the to-go containers, which caused the juice to make the buns soggy. Aside from that, everything else was excellent!

The pulled pork, beans, and slaw were all delicious, as always! I really enjoyed the new cornbread—it was excellent! Réservez une table maintenant

Had a great time here until I rolled my ankle in a hole by the outside tables while holding my child
