I ate from the non gluten containing menu and I had diarrhoea within 30 minutes of eating- the usual symptom if I have eaten gluten. When I contacted the establishment via email the following day, their response was very fast. I did say that I was hoping for improvements and that I was not contacting to specifically complain, but to give feedback in the hope of improvements. About £15 for the pictured chicken and chorizo kebab from the Non gluten containing menu. Staff are a little inattentive at times. Polite and nice when spoken to. Such a lovely decorated and clean pub .staff were so polite...showed us to our table and was so lovely to have happy birthday banners on table and wall ...then the waiter gave my son a birthday card from everyone at the Willow Beck, he was so happy , then I ordered drinks and my son's drink was on the house . our experience there made us feel special. Then the Sunday lunch food !! Cannot fault a thing , was so gorgeous!!! If you want to hear just a tiny issue , but not complaining, the hand drier is so close to the toilets door , when someone comes in .. it kinda banged on my arm ....but hey !! Is the only thing I would change is position of hand dryer . Thankyou to everyone who made our day...
My son chose to go to the Willow Beck for tea because he loves it there. I mentioned in the booking that it was his birthday, but I didn’t expect anything special. To my surprise, our table was decorated with birthday banners, which I thought was a lovely gesture. The meal, as always, was excellent, and the service was great. What really amazed us was that they took the birthday boy’s meal off the bill. I was completely blown away by this and truly appreciated it. Overall, it was an incredible experience, just like every time we've been there!
I visit regularly with my dad, it is his favourite place to eat out. He has mobility issues but we find it really easy to access, it is nice spacious, plus it is all table service which is absolutely perfect for my dad. Really nice layout, good atmosphere, lots of choice on the menu and we have always found the food to be great. The staff are fantastic and make sure you are well looked after, can’t speak highly enough of the place.

A fabulous warm welcome we received by the manager, who offered my friend a birthday card ! because I had written it on my booking notes! The staff were incredibly friendly and recommended dishes to which we went to order. Sadly the homemade lemonade wasn’t available but everything we had was amazing! The atmosphere, cleanliness, attitude of the staff and the food was all exceptional.
I'm not usually one to write reviews, and this is my first ever, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment with the meal we had tonight. I won't go into too much detail, but the food was extremely overpriced given both its quantity and quality. On a positive note, the staff were really nice and friendly, and the pub itself had a lovely atmosphere.
Went here for mothers and what a great choice for that was. Seriously the service was amazing from start to finish. The food was so delicious and piping hot. Went for the mothers day menu was a great value and a lovely menu choice. Had the duo of beef and must say one of the nicest meals I've had out in a while. Will definitely be back.
I dined here on my first night in Northallerton and found it to be a charming pub. There was an impressive selection of beers, and the food was delightful. They also have an outdoor play area for children, which is a great bonus. I definitely plan to eat here again during my next visit to the area.

Lovely place. Very nicely decorated and the food is very good. Staff are always friendly and polite, Lisa served our table mostly and she is so lovely. She’s very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come here again and highly recommend to friends and family.
