First time and last time at this location, usually we go to the one in downtown Quitman when we are down to East Texas. Tell me how when we have a group of 6 and my family orders first, our other group gets their food first, and most of the customers that came after us received their food also? Finally, I went to go ask where our food was at? The girl that did not take our order said that sometimes it did not go through to the back for them to get the order. REALLY! Then refund my whole order, our other party have already finished their food and are waiting for our food to come out! The girl said, "Let me go check in the back. Wait, it 's coming out! ? Wow! The ice cream portion at this place feels like a scam. For starters, two scoops on a cone barely reach the top of the cone. It's outrageous that they charge $6 for such a small ice cream cone. I've even heard their employees say that prices have recently gone up. Honestly, I could spend the same amount I paid for two cones (over $14) and buy multiple gallons of ice cream at Walmart. My advice is to steer clear of the ice cream section here, save your money, and head to Braums instead, where the cones are a third of the price and you get twice as much ice cream.
We didn’t ask for our meal to be comped, but we did mention that our food was not good and that we could hardly eat it; we ended up leaving more than half of it untouched. The staff didn’t offer to compensate us or reduce our bill, but we didn’t request or expect that either. Our lunch came to just under $40, which made the experience even more disappointing. I hope they can resolve these issues, and we can give it another try in the future.
The staff was GREAT, polite and attentive but the place is FILTHY. The floor by the soda machine was so dirty and sticky which then made me start looking around. The air vents/return on the wall, by the ceiling above the salad bar are covered in dirt. I started to cringe wondering what the kitchen looks like where our food was being prepared. The restaurant was empty, staff standing around while tables and floor were dirty as well.

I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was so delicious! As well as the fried mushrooms! The best fried mushrooms I've personally had the wings are kind of a hit or miss with flavors but still enjoyable!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp leading into the building
I ordered a well-done cheeseburger, but I received one that was raw and bloody. I've dined here before, and it was excellent. This time, however, when I returned the meal, the staff member was quite rude. It was their mistake, not mine.
The food is very good. Specially the hamburgers are delicious. The service is good and the environment is very nice. I highly recommend this place.
Great Burgers and home style fries! Mozzarella sticks were good too. Nice and roomy clean dinning area! Definitely a must try!
