This is definitely the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I live just two minutes away, which is why I keep going back, but every time I place an order over the phone, it takes an additional 20 to 30 minutes longer than they promise. Even when I go in person and they quote a wait time of 35 minutes, I end up waiting an hour. This is a recurring issue, and it’s frustrating to see so many cooks on duty yet still be so far behind.
This restaurant is one of my favorites. The service is prompt and efficient, although it can get quite busy at times. I've only eaten here once or twice, but the food was delicious! The dining area is spacious, and the restrooms are well-maintained. While the parking lot is small, there’s a larger parking area just across the property. I highly recommend checking it out!
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. Our food took an hour to be prepared, even though other tables that ordered after us had already received their meals. The staff explained that there was a school event happening. We arrived at 8:05, and now it's almost 9:10, and we still haven't been served. Overall, I found the service to be very disappointing.
The food here is inconsistent and often seems undercooked. There are long wait times, which I understand given the location, but unfortunately, our meals almost always miss the mark unless we order right when they open. I ordered bone-in wings but accidentally received boneless ones. The staff quickly fixed the mistake, served me a generous portion of wings, and kept a positive attitude the whole time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
Every time I place an online order, I end up waiting longer than expected—around 40 minutes, which is frustrating. Considering there seems to be plenty of staff in the kitchen, the service is disappointing.
Worst wingstop I've ever been too, i live nearby and every time i go to this place they always get my order wrong workers seem to always be on drugs!! Definitely do not recomend this place to anyone !! Réservez une table maintenant
