If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is horrible especially that purple haired b in the front. She has no respect for a line, will take who ever in whatever order and if you try to say something she becomes very disrespectful and continues to talk over you. I?ve never been inside somewhere more unprofessional then this place! To add on top of it she legit was on her personal phone the whole time, cut me off mid sentence and went out back to continue her call. The food is no where worth the amount of disrespect you?ll receive trying to pick it up! 0/999999999999999 chance of me never returning.
I've gone here a handful of times and the employees have always been kind and helpful. The last time I went, will be just that, the last time. A male employee, on what I can only describe as a complete power trip, completely chastised me and made fun of me for not having a mask on ALL WHILE HIS MASK WAS UNDER HIS CHIN. Hypocrisy much? If he had said it nicely there wouldn't have been an issue. He was rude, condescending and entirely unnecessary. Mask rules have changed and most places aren't requiring them for fully vaccinated people. This was an absolute disgrace. I walked out and won't be back.
Don?t walk-in. Only order online. I walked in and noticed they were busy, nobody acknowledged me. They make me wait 10 minutes in front of the register then one of them screams from the back. ? we?re not gonna serve you, just order it online? and looksaway. This was disrespectful because there was multiple people just standing around looking at me like I?m not just trying toorder food. This is the 3rd time it happened, and I don?t like ordering online because my food is always cold somehow.
Horrible customer service. Walked in and told me I need a mask. No problem. Went back to my car and got one. Came back then told me they are only taking orders online even though they are standing around not busy at all. Could have also told me that when I first went in. Very rude at that. Will not come back and would not recommend. Management please train your employees better.

I don?t recommend this place , my client went there and became a fish instantly , I?m not sure if it was the magical seasoning of the meats but she became a fish and I had to find a tank quick before she became a flopping aquatic creature , the sprite charged me instantly I asked for sprite and not electricity. Overall bad experience
I found ordering from Wingstop online to be a total failure, and attempting to place an order by phone was equally frustrating. The Brockton location was a huge disappointment. I’m very unhappy with my experience, as it seems impossible to order from their menu without reliable phone or internet service.
You never answer the phone! You just leave the phone ring so you have to board and wait until your chicken is ready. They're at the end that everyone eats....etc driver If you don't believe me, call them.
Order door dash from here got the bottom of the boneless wing bag with all the lil tiny pieces of chicken so my 6 piece turned into like a 20 piece. So overall pretty good experience.

The sign indicated they should be open for four hours, but the place was empty and locked up.
One drawback is that the layout feels somewhat cramped since there is only a single entrance.
