0 STARS TODAY!!! The shift manager was unhelpful and refused to accept our cash because they didn’t have any change. I get it’s the end of the day and all, but come on! It almost feels like they’re not even interested in providing good service. I’d rather go to B-Dubs; at least they’ll take my $100 bill. It seemed like they didn’t even bother to check their drawers or go to the back for change. The staff today was just lazy and didn’t seem to care at all. What a disappointment!
Wish I would've read the reviews first... ordered online , didn't come through on their end. Waited another 20 minutes or more only to have the food thrown into a bag recklessly and was given a wet greasy bag . I don't think very many people there cared about service at all. The guy helping at the register was cool and polite though .
The wings are dry at times because they dont put enough sauce, you place an order online and when you get there it's another 15 minute wait time. They also need to get more staff so the staff that is already there is not so overwhelmed with orders they cant complete on time and also be able to help the walk-in orders.
Store smells really bad with trash being left on tables for long periods of time. Staff are incompetent and lazy. Waited over 1 hour for my order and kept asking where my food was and told it was cooking. Never made order. Avoid this location. Réservez une table maintenant
I don’t why the bad reviews we love ordering from this location our wings are always cooked to perfection and arrive hot. They are seasoned perfectly and everything is always fresh and tasty. I think this location is awesome.
The chicken here was excellent; however, the fries didn't impress me. They were quite oily and lacked any real flavor. In my opinion, the fries aren't worth ordering, but I would definitely recommend the chicken.
They told us and other customers 15mins taken over an hour for an order. If i would have known it was more then 15 minute wait we would have went somewhere else.
The restaurant was filthy, the restrooms were disgusting , and employees standing around took 45 minutes to get my food after I had to clean my own Réservez une table maintenant
I called them 10 times to try to place an order, but no one answered. After that, I called Buffalo Wild Wings, and they answered right away.
