Recently, my husband was out and I decided to grab a laksa for myself to-go. While browsing the menu, the girl at the counter kept making suggestions, which was a bit annoying when I just wanted to take my time deciding. I tend to only write about restaurants when they are really good or really bad. Luckily, Wok Noodle, fits the really good category.I have tried about 11 different dishes here, and although I have my favourites, they are always fantastic. The food is actually like the food you would taste in Malaysia, not the stuff that is passed off by other restaurants as asian food. They will happily tailor the food to your taste if you prefer the dish to skip and ingredient or be less spicy.The staff are attentive and friendly. How it used to be when you go out to a restaurant. We placed a telephone order for about 15 people. When I went to collect it the service was great. I was a little earlier than I said I would be. I was offered a seat and also water whilst I waited. The food was amazing. When I took it back to work for myself and colleagues everyone said it was exceptional. I had the Nasi Goreng rice. Delicious. But the roti bread and roti wraps were stunning as were the satay chicken skewers. This is a great place to eat or have takeaway. Will be using this place more often as great food, great service and great value.
Clean, crisp decor with a friendly and welcoming host. We haven't eaten here for a while but the owner remembered us and our previous conversations which was nice.The restaurant is small and casual with a view though to the tidy kitchen with chef hard at work. We ordered Beef Rendang and Beef Kway Teow with a side of Roti, portions were generous and delicious.It was a bright sunny day with the resultant opening out onto the street and a lovely light breeze flowing through the restaurant.

Wok Noodle is a pleasure to dine at.. The ambience is cosy and light and the dishes are tasty. Prices are reasonable for both the quality of the food and the area. The standout for me? The service... The owner is welcoming and polite, a refreshing experience. Tip of the day: Try the Beef Kway Teow and ask for a side container of sombal oelek if you like it spicy.
If you are wanting to eat delicious Asian food, combined with quality service, come here.It's that simple. Every time I have eaten here, I have always left with a full and happy tummy, topped off with pleasant service. There is nothing much more I need....apart from good wine...and they have that too :)I'm looking forward to my next visit.
I was a regular at this restaurant when I lived in Kingsville. The stir-fried beef or prawns with a side of rice is a real treat, and the Laksa is also excellent. Highly recommend checking it out!
Named Wok Noodle, it's easy to assume that this restaurant specializes in wok-fried noodles.
