Been in before ordered a lamb Doner chips for the reasonable price of £4.90 with sauce. Went in this time and ordered a mixed meat chips for the price of £8.50, no salad offered. Expected this to be around twice as big or at least larger, however was the same size. (Pictured) So that was a waste of extra money as we might as well have just got 2 kebabs. The chilli sauce which we paid a quid for Was Just watery tomato salsa. Ordered a shish kofte Which was tiny And came with no salad or sauce and somehow cost £5.40. (Pictured). I ordered a doner kebab which was described as being in the pitta bread. When my meal arrived there was a pitta on top of the box that was unopened. When I ordered the meal I stated no salad and no sauce on kebab but left a note for restaurant to just put tomato on kebab and chilli sauce in a pot. I even phoned to confirm this and they also confirmed what I had ordered. Upon arrival the kebab was smothered with chilli sauce which I hadn’t asked for. I rang best kebab to say I wanted a replacement kebab cos they had messed my order up. I was told it would be an hour cos they were busy. The person I spoke to wasn’t helpful and quite abrupt. Ordered a House Special kebab for £12.00. I got about 4 slices of dinner meat, a small chicken breast and some pieces of other meats. Presented in a single tray, half the size of what it used to be! Upon phoning to complain of the tiny portion in comparison to the portion sizes early 2020 and I was advised that the double tray size is for the Mixed kebab and that was at a cost of £18.50!!! There is no way that is worth £18.50, it was expensive at £12.00, but to be lied to that the £12.00 portion has always been that size is just disgraceful. Staff offered nothing to rectify the situation. Please save your money and go elsewhere! Very very poor!!!!
Worst place ever. My chicken was burnt and dry and a hair in the food. They didn’t offer us any cutlery or sauces so went up to ask for some and they rolled their eyes and told us we are annoying them. Rudest people ever and didn’t deserve our money…. Never again will I go here and I suggest no one does unless they wanted to be talked to like dirt. Réservez une table maintenant
Poor service, poor delivery time waited over an hour and half for food to turn up STONE COLD!! Complained and was told I would get a ‘free pizza’ i don’t want to eat from there as I’m afraid of getting ill.. Yet the driver called me basically saying I’m lying. Don’t waste your money! stay well away
