The staff's attitude was quite rude. If they aren't satisfied with their job, they shouldn't take it out on customers. I asked for change for a $5 bill to use the massage chairs, but the employee outright ignored me. I even asked if I could place an order first so I could get change later, but he just shrugged and turned away, even though he heard me. Not only did he refuse to give me change (which I was entitled to), but he also refused to serve me. At that point, I didn't want to use the massage chairs anymore because I felt uncomfortable being so close to him and couldn’t stand to look at him any longer.

This place is awful. The staff member was completely unreasonable; when I accidentally spilled a tiny drop of frozen yogurt on the floor, he insisted that I pay $5 for it. Despite our generous tip of $1 left in the jar, we decided to leave because of the poor treatment. As we were leaving, he chased after us, shouting something we couldn't understand, and even grabbed my 13-year-old friend, accusing her of stealing his money. Please, do not give this business any of your money.

Horrible customer service, the man was into his phone as I was standing there waiting for service, finally looks up at me when I asked if they were open. He he shrugs his shoulders and say uh yea ver sarcastically. I asked if there was a menu and he went back to his phone. Then I asked are you ok? He looks up and says I mean, what do you want I just walked away. So sad that these are the type of workers we are stuck with

Please stay away from this place this owner is so rude if you ask any question about his product he gets so mad seems like a whatever he makes it we would take that we can't whatever we want . We are paying for his products not for free we needs just small respect don't go there . They doesn't have a less then 1 star I would say -1star review for this store . Réservez une table maintenant

I see this place getting more one star reviews than I can count. The owner doesn’t understand English very well, but his (daughter? is usually there to help. I find the ice cream to be pretty good, and it is convenient. One star off because the topping bar has recently closed and in my latest experience I got water ice cream.

Nasty attitude from a server. He took money and then ignored me. When reminded that he still owed tea I paid for, the man refunded my money. He does not need my money. He does not deserve your money either.

Politely asked for a bubble tea, man behind the counter taking order shrugs shoulder and acts annoyed because I didn't state a flavor. Very rude customer service.
