Food quality is really good but the quality of the packing is really different depends on who packed.I ordered XL combo, it supposed to be comes with side veggies. However they put the vegi inside of the box with meat.If i get this quantity and quality, why I ordered xl instead large combo. Pay more and less food is disappointing me. ?I didn’t complain it on the store because they look busy. However, no matter how you much you are busy job must be done right.I usually visit this store almost everyday.So far got some few mistakes but it’s okay.But wish the mistake is less than the other Yoshinoya store.
Made a phone call on May 22, 2023 at 5:34pm. Picked up by a male staff with bad attitude.I was asking about the price for Kids Bowl, he asked me to look at the website myself because he doesn't know. I said there isn't kids' bowl's price on your website that's why I call and i planned to make 40 people order. He said he can't take phone order, I have to order on the website. And i was like ???? But there isn't the kids option on the website???He is being rude and not helpful the whole time. Bad experience. The owner if you know who i am talking about, you should fire him.
Overall, my experience at this restaurant was mostly positive. The staff were attentive to customer needs and willing to accommodate dietary requests, unlike some other similar restaurants in the area. My only wish is that they would offer the option to substitute rice with vegetables, something that other locations offer. The vegetables tasted a bit like they had been refrigerated, but overall the meal was still decent. However, the prices are a bit on the higher side, and a large combo meal with a soda could easily cost close to twenty dollars.
Sorry there are no pictures of the quantity I received, but pictures would of not shown how much I really got. I did post a pic of my receipt to prove that I did order what I am talking about. I ordered there new Combo XL. Its suppose to five you 50% more meat. But in reality you are getting maybe 3 extra pieces of chicken and the beef is just spreaded out further in the bowl since they place the vegetables in a seperate bowl. Its not worth the extra buck. Just stick with getting the regular Large Combo.

We love Yoshinoya food, but unfortunately some managers don't deserve to be working there. This afternoon my family and I went to this location. We asked them to have the chicken extra well done we was agreed to wait. They told us 10min of wait. Afterthat time they gave us a wrong order, I asked a Hispanic employee about my order he was very kind but I guess the MOD wasn't, anAsian guy looked very upset of.my claim. Fortunately my receip showed that they made a mistake.
It's alright. Compare to the yoshinoya is asia, this is not even close. They serve their rice bowl with vegetables, so it's a plus for healthiness. But you cannot get shabu shabu, salmon rice bowl or any special items that are served in asian. Fortunately, the beef tastes as good as the store in Japan. Keep up the good work yoshinoya.
I ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats. When I opened the meal box, I noticed that my noodles were undercooked and my strawberry boba drink tasted like water. However, my Uber Eats driver deserves props for delivering my food quickly.
This is definitely my favorite yoshinoya. It's just upsetting when you guys run out of food. Came in on a Friday night, and there just was not an option for tilapia, shrimp or even brow rice available. Hope you guys get a delivery soon.

I ordered two combos yesterday, fish with beef. The fish is raw, sashimi?? Called and no body answer phone today.
I recommend this restaurant. eating is delicious and healthy. I will order from here.
