Yume Japanese Cuisine

Yume is a very small and quaint sushi restaurant. The prices are relatively reasonable. My wife had the spicy pork ramen with egg, egg was cooked to perfection. She gave the ramen 5 stars. As for the two rolls we ordered, a crunchy rainbow roll, and a Philadelphia roll, they get a 3.5 star rating. The crunchy rainbow roll as you can see had to much sauce on it, I like my rainbow rolls with no sauce. The Philadelphia roll had regular salmon, not smoked salmon, apparently they were out. The service was 5 stars, very attentive waitress. If you don't like big lunchtime crowds, I suggest here.

Service, food, and atmosphere were great! I ordered a sashimi appetizer, spicy ramen, and spicy dragon roll. Each food item was so delicious! I loved the vibes of the restaurant and the waiters were so kind. The best place locally! I travel all over the lower 48 for business, ALL YEAR LONG. So I've eaten sushi in a lot of places. This is a mid range priced place with alot of sake options and lots of great wine from local vineyards, like Michael David. Great atmosphere and my server was attentive without being bothersome. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Shared appetizers with my hubby for dinner. We had the tempura brussel sprouts, mixed tempura (veggies and shrimp), shrimp lollipops, eggrolls, and assorted sashimi. Food was hot and tasty. The fried brussel sprouts were very good. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Réservez une table maintenant

We were referred to this restaurant and presented to the owner Masa. We asked Masa what he recommended and we ordered everything. Your dishes were absolutely delicious. We now have a new Japanese restaurant and will be back for more. Thanks Masa and the Yume Crew! #Kampai?

You might as well grab sushi from Safeway instead. It didn't taste fresh and had a strange consistency. I also tried the teriyaki chicken bowl, but it didn't really impress me. This restaurant is probably at the bottom of our list for places to eat again in Lodi.

Yume is easily the best sushi in Lodi. Personal favorite is the spicy scallop roll. Always our first choice of restaurant.

I had the sashimi and a spicy tuna roll and both were great. Solid food, good prices. I would totally come back here
