Z Burger Greenbelt

I tried out this place because I keep walking by it, but never actually made any effort to order from them. I’ve had bad experiences with smaller burger chains and I didn’t want to risk it here. Decided to try it today and I’m actually very impressed. Everything is clean, albeit for the small space, and their menu is very close to what they have at Five Guys. The cashier was super considerate and careful with my order, and honesty, he’s the reason why I’m writing this review in the first place. Got a double cheeseburger with the works, small fries (which to my surprise, was actually a lot of fries), and a regular soda. The burger tasted phenomenal and just as good as Five Guys, if not better...

I went today and tried this place for the first time and the customer service they gave was 5/5 my cashier was Bryan he is so kind. He helped me with what I should get for me and my family and was very helpful!! He is very patient and very kind he didn’t disappoint my experience for the first time at z burger and he also told me about the z burger branch how there is also one out in dc. THANKS BRYAN YOU ARE THE BEST ?!! Most definitely will be coming back and also the burgers are awesome lol. Also props to the kitchen workers they did an awesome job at time mangement with the food orders.

I went to Z Burger on a Tuesday. The food was very oily and unseasoned. I was very disappointed that I have spent almost $55. I brought a double cheeseburger, 2 chicken sandwich, 2 onion rings, 1french fries and 3 fountain drinks. The costumer service was great they attended to me fast but the food was not worth my $55 dollars. I should have went to a have it your way fast-food place and spend half of that to be disappointed.

I have ordered from Z-Burger in DC often. I decided to order from Z-Burger in Greenbelt, MD today. Ordered 3 burgers with different condiments on each, 3 side orders of onion rings and one fountain drink -Mr. Pibb soda. I received 3 burgers with condiments that was not asked for, 3 large size fries and a coke fountain drink. The order was a disaster. Will never order from them again.

First of all, that place looked so good but it was so bad. The onion rings were soggy,the hotdog was cracked and had every unnecessary sauce u could think of. It was so disgusting. This was a birthday party lunch and the food made the party so bad. My Burger was broke in half on top of one another and the bun was so flat. It looks nothing like the advertisement
