We booked a table after seeing the high tripadvisor ratings for this restaurant. When we arrived (7pm on a weekend evening) we were the only people in there! We enjoyed our meals, although they only made 3 of the 4 meals we had ordered and we had to ask about the final one. They didn't admit they had forgotten it and it turnoed up another 10 minutes later with no apology for the delay. 3 of the 4 meals were excellent. The 4th was very disappointing. Didn't feel that staff were particularly attentive given that we were the only ones there. Food was tasty, so would probably choose to eat from there again, but would go for the takeaway option instead.
We came to Oxford from London for a day visit and we come cross this beautiful restaurant in one of Oxford busy streets which s full of restaurants And our experience was amazed with the atmosphere and the tasty dishes We had baba ganouj and lamb manakeesh and fatoush salad and hummus, the taste was delicious and flavour from heaven just like you are in an Arab street The staff were nice and hospitable Will be back soon when we are in Oxford
We moved to the area last month and we always see this place busy with a cosy low seating all fresco outside the restaurant And I came with friends for a dinner and it was just amazing atmosphere and the manakeesh Arabian style pizza was so delicious and light and fatoush salad was good portion and fresh Baba ganouj was Smokey and fresh We will be back every week as they have nice menu Staff are so friendly and informative
The food in this place is heavenly! We stayed there for about 3 hours as we kept ordering more to share. The colorful hummus (can't remember how they called it) was incredible, then the stews, etc... to end we had the most amazing fresh mint tea with a pastry that had this very light cream and a tiny bit of rose the flavour was just soooo good. The staff is super friendly and great at suggesting food too!

Went here with a few of the girls and had the chicken shawarma and chicken maqloubah aswell as hummus. Food was absolutely amazing and was exactly what we wanted with big portions, we wolfed it down. Our server was also very competent and kind. Music was also very fun, i shazammed 3 songs!! Thanks for a great night.
I was in Zaatar yesterday, the food was very delicious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I ate spinach farayer, veg maqlouba, and had a mint lemonade. Even though it was very busy, they gave us very nice dishes. I recommend this restaurant to others.
Delicious food and friendly staff, great service. The food comes fresh and hot and just at the time . I liked the songs and the atmosphere. The food served in a different way, which made me feel that I travelled to Arab world
Delicious Middle Eastern flavours! Loved there Chicken Tagine and the friendly staff. Cozy ambiance, perfect for a casual dinner. Will definitely be back for more!

Really enjoy this place. The deliciously made food is always hot and freshly made. The staff and atmosphere are wonderful. Vegetarian options are available.
