We ordered the burritos and tacos. They have no salsa sauce but the chipotle is good. The guacamole is extra 2 dollars, so is cheese and also sour cream. They are extremely tight with how much extra they give you, even though your paying for it. It cost me 34 dollars for 4 very small tacos but they were edible. The burrito was horrible, tastes floury, doughy. The venue smells awful but the service is okay. Really expensive for imitation Mexican food and it will cost you about 55 dollars for two people, more if you actually want to be full. Won't be going back.
I like the taste of burritos but this particular Zambrero is a bit stingy. They always give less than other Zambrero and once there was a whole avagado seed in the guacamole. Also I don't understand why a 10inch burrito to add on guacamole is $1 but to add guacamole on a 12inch burrito is $2? I mean it's not even a 20inch burrito... In saying this because this Zambrero is conveniently close to where I live and is a nice break from maccas I almost always go there if there's nothing else to eat.
very poor service. plus manager is not friendly at all. i am a student and she won't let me have discount saying its weekend thus no discount on weekend. whereas at all other franchise i am given discount. it is sometimes frustrating. Also, very poor service. try the canningvale one.. better than this. this franchise needs a lot of improvement from serving size to hygiene. Please take proper actions of improvement.
Went to the Willetton Zambrero about 2 weeks ago, first time ever being to this franchise (better than having Maccas).
i was so surprised of how much flavor was in my burrito, i ordered a chicken Burrito with white rice guacamole x2, sour cream and Salsa, it was amazing!! My partner thought i was so weird because i loved it soo much !!

Hygiene here is a disgrace. The high school / uni kids running the joint keep the serving counter filthy. You'd think they'd wipe down between orders but nope! They treat the place like a teenager's bedroom - and that only works to turn my stomach and make me look elsewhere for a feed. LIFT YOUR GAME ZAMBREROS!
Ne vous inquiétez pas. Il n'y avait pas de saveur, c'était si loin de fraîcheur, c'était une expérience alimentaire très désagréable. Ceci est à peu près aussi loin que vous pouvez obtenir de ce que devrait être de la nourriture mexicaine.
Small portions and pricy, not fresh at all.
We went there for dinner just to be disappointed. We were served with very small portions of nachos, barely one serve and quite pricy. The salad was not fresh at all. Total waist of money.
Don't bother. There was no flavor, it was so far from fresh, it was a very unpleasant eating experience. This is about as far as you can get from what Mexican food should be.

great rustic design and food was of great and in great proportions. Would very much go again just for the customer service however food was sloppy and poorly prepared
Love the burrito with guac. My friend got the bowl and a kids nachos for her daughter. Also, service was really good - suggested the kids meal for the youngster.
