I’m not sure what has changed recently, but the last three times we've ordered, we haven’t received what we requested. First, we ordered a Cobb salad and ended up with a salad that had no egg and way too much lettuce. A few weeks later, we tried again with the same order, only to receive another Cobb salad without egg and an excessive amount of lettuce. Additionally, the Asian salad came with a light vinaigrette instead of the citrus dressing that was supposed to be included. To top it off, they forgot the fries, and we had to go back to get them.

Today was a nice experience at the Zaxby's drive-thru. It's my favorite spot when I'm in the mood for a good salad, and I've recently found myself unable to resist ordering the 2 for $3 egg rolls, even when I stick with my usual House salad with grilled chicken and honey mustard. However, my main concern is that the salads seem to have less content even though the prices have increased. I wish they would restore the portion sizes and offer salad dressing packets that don't contain high fructose corn syrup. A salad shouldn't be a guilty indulgence!
This stores food has really become disgusting to the point you don't even know what you're eating!! They don't care and it shows. This is one of those food places that will drop food on the floor pick it up and still serve it to you. It's disgusting!
Very sloooww service we waited 35 minutes for 2 salads to come out it seems like the drive thru employees work more efficient than the ones serving inside

My experience was very disappointing. I specifically ordered sauces that never arrived, and the waiter was quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
Great food , cheap and quick service .a must go especially being from NYThis fast food is grand compared to our food.
They were in so much of a rush, they didn't get my order right. They did answer my questions though.
