I cannot believe this place still has customers, having said that the majority of the repeat customers are probably used to this type of bad food & cannot be bothered going anywhere else since there aren't many options in Pyrmont. This is the third time I have come back here over a few years, I do remember the food being somewhat better. Came here for brunch & we were seated quickly with menus by what seems to be the manager or the owner. He didn't ask us for a coffee order & took us quite some time before anyone bothered to ask us. Went here on the weekend for the second time in a month as I thought that the issues we had the first time could not have been repeated but I was wrong Service is a big issue. We were seated and then not provided with enough menu's to go around so had to share the two we were provided with. After ordering we proceeded to wait 30 minutes and then one of the dishes arrived. 15 minutes later 2 of the other dishes arrived. After another 10 minutes we complained and were told that our food was just being plated up, but when I went to the pass there was nothing being plated up and it was only just being cooked. I told the manager that our order had clearly been forgot...

Glorious Sunny Dimanche, l'eau sur la baie blanche est étincelante et tout est bon avec le monde. Et cet endroit est emballé. Le Maitre'd a une voix pour Smoothfm et un repose-toi. C'est-à-dire que le service est incohérent. de Douleur La nourriture est bonne. Pas excellent, mais bon. Le thon-tataki de mon coquelicot était très frais, mais alors qu'il était joli, le thon était submergé par la densité des graines de pavot. I've just read some of the reviews of this place.. and especially the most recent. .WOW! The negatives have come out of issues. What we had was service, food, service, food. I will recommend the Zebra Lounge to everyone ... It was Sunday...placed packed...there was seven of us, no booking...the waiters, thank you Edward and Samantha, seated us with alacrity, pulling tables together out of nowhere....Whilst we were being seated, Edward asked, "Coffee, Tea,..VODKA?"...Hillarious..put us at ease....our breakfast? We're from Melbourne, We are agreed..we will catch taxis to have the salmon rosti and the fritters. Sometimes, things are good, sometimes, things are bad...
Déçu, elle a réservé une table qui a été interrogée sur environ un mois après un mois avant la Journée du Père réservée à six personnes. Même appelé et demandé et appelé à vérifier ma réservation dans la matinée. Reçu une table pour quatre personnes (pressé pour six personnes) sur le côté sans le soleil. Très ennuyeux, comme c'était la principale raison pour laquelle j'avais réservé. Abandonné quinze minutes après la sortie du café. Seulement excitant, d'autant plus que nous sommes assis avec une réservation et que les personnes sans réserve étaient assis devant nous.
Le salon zébré bénéficie d'un bon emplacement, mais a changé mes pensées sur le restaurant lorsque le serveur était très impoli sur ma fille de 9 ans, ce qui en fait de la façon dont il était occupé, et c'était un travail reconnaissant qui était un travail reconnaissant À travers l'université. Normalement j'avais deux mauvaises expériences maintenant. Aujourd'hui, elle servait un avocat non mature et quand j'avais souligné que c'était non fondé, n'a même pas demandé, de ne pas demander que le propriétaire était parti, le propriétaire a dit de dire qu'il n'aime pas Avocat et trouve toujours avocat! Avocat sur Toast est un agrafe de café, et si vous ne pouvez pas obtenir ce droit, je ne crois pas, je ne crois pas que vous gagnez des clients du rendement. Réservez une table maintenant
Left hungry after an hour as when meals finally arrived they had lost 2 out of 5 orders. When questioned they lied and said they were coming but we could see in kitchen & they hadn't even started cooking. Manager rude, didn't apologise and continued to lie to us. We left hungry and will never return. Overpriced food with management who have absolutely no idea what service is - do not recommend!
