Visited this restaurant in April, planned a summer vacation to South of France partly to be able to eat here again. By far the best Indian restaurant in Europe and by that I include the pretentious ones in Londom which I wouldn't visit again if they were round the corner

We enjoyed some of the classic dishes - samosas, chicken tikka masala, and chicken korrma. Nicely spiced, well-prepared Indian food.

On a busy one hour tour of Arles, we were given one hour to eat by our tour guide. In fact, he recommended takeout. At mid-day,most restaurants were packed. La Kashmir wasn't. We received prompt, curteous,Service. The food we had was very good. Vegetable korma had a verynice sauce, and fresh vegetables that were not overcooked. Saag paneer wasalso quite good. The garlic naan was well done, and the mango lassis werefresh and generous sizes. Overall the food was better than most Indian restaurants wehave eaten at.

The only Indian restaurant in Arles need not be serving one of the best Indian cuisine. But it does. Please do visit. A must try. Ask for the Manager Mr Paneet Kapoor for his recommendations. If you like it extra Spicy, please do tell him because the restaurant may cater to the less spicy European preference. An authentic Indian cuisine. We ate two days there. One for Lunch and the other Dinner.

The restaurant is located close to the arena and was open later than the places around it. I got a vegetarian set menu of onion Bhaji, naan, rice, mixed vegetable curry and a very sweet desert. The food was OK. The onion bhaji was onion rings in batter, the mixed vegetable curry was hot and spicy as requested but a bit salty with unusual vegetables. The naan was served as a starter. I would gave rather had it with the main. My partner was happy with his lamb dish. Overall not bad but have had much better. Not bad value.

First up, I'd like to give this place kudos for being perhaps the only decent place in all of Arles open at 10 pm in the evening, it came as a succour for two hungry businessmen on the road who drove into this small town of 50,000 people quite late. Very centrally located, near the main tourist sights of the city (in a small side street between the Roman Arena and Ampitheater). The staff were very pleasant, welcoming and helpful and the food was among the better attempts at Indian cuisine I have found in Europe (and I have experienced many). It won't be an exaggeration to say that I find this restaurant to have made better quality food than any Indian place in Paris and the value for money equation is very strongly tilted in favour of the consumer.

First time we have eaten Indian food in France. A very busy restaurant with excellent and smiling staff. We were not disappointed. Comprehensive menu and good atmosphere.
