I tested a lot of restaurants offering sushi, and who would have thought I would have found my happiness in a humble sushi booth at the dijeaux door. Even if he doesn't pay a mine, I love to go there every Thursday to enjoy a menu. salmon is melting, it doesn't have a strong sea aroma, it's subtle. I sometimes wonder if he makes him marinate so tender. rice is a little sweet, which brings the flavour of fish. their rice is mellow, their soup is soft, not sour as you can find it in some restaurants (because of a too high concentration of miso.) now, I'm only going to home for sushi. The only small flat in my opinion is that he only offers salmon. I think they can cook the tuna, or the turkey. and well spur, good value for money, nothing to say.
sushi are very good, prepared in front of us, fresh and well done. They serve good portions for really low prices. Unlike the other opinions, we have not found the unpleasant servers, we simply have to accept the character of others, whether it be modest, timid or cultural! servers are not quite smiling, but we can't say that they are unpleasant either.Only to take away, it's a lot of trouble!
