Super menu, Four types of beef cut, a cracking Pot au Feu, (Hot Pot) with huge pieces of meat and bone marrow, Kidneys, liver, white sausage and a really good Black Pudding and also a stuffed cabbage dish.Huge portions, bundles of character and an absolute delight to eat here in a really old building at the bottom of Arcs 1950 in the dark park opposite the lift that goes back over the village

We stopped for a drink at 1.45 pm with our three kids. We got a frosty welcome at best when the waitress realised we only wanted drinks. She took our order and then proceeded to tell me in French that she would have to move us if anyone came along who wanted to eat. Had the restaurant been full I might have had some sympathy but there were plenty of free tables outside where we were sitting because the lunch time rush was over. It was an unnecessary comment and quite simply rude... We decided we would spend our money elsewhere, cancelled our order and left.Many English families spend a lot of money on coming to France to ski. Many of us cannot really afford to spend the extortionate prices on drinks in the alpine restaurants. So, given we don't have much choice on that one it would at least be nice to get a warm welcome and a bit of common decency

Petit restaurant situé sur le bord des pentes au sommet de la vallanderie de pisserie. les prix sont corrects pour un établissement situé dans les montagnes. La vue est très belle.
