Came here for dinner on a Thursday night with some of my family, and we had a great time! There’s a Thursday night happy hour from 5 6:30, so we got some good deals on appetizers and drinks. We had a reservation for 5:30, which I definitely recommend to avoid a wait. I was able to get the reservation by calling the day before. We had the baked Brie and the grilled beef tenderloin for appetizers both were delicious, and a great value for $10 (the happy hour price). We also got some of their red sangria, which was quite good. There was a special that evening, crispy gnocchi with a duck bolognese. Apollo Grill is an American fusion café. The food here is fantastic, I love the grilled vegetable Panini which is served with their own make of chips which aren’t remarkable. The crème brulee desserts are awesome, every day they have a special flavor of the day plus the standard plain. The salads are fairly exotic with fruit, nuts, and cheese that wouldn’t be found in a salad in any diner. This place has an excellent house balsamic vinaigrette which is on all the sandwiches. Wait staff is always on point, food fantastic, and the prices really can't be beat. Went there with my partner for her birthday. Got the seared duck which was absolutely incredible. Crisp skin and a lovely blueberry gastrique. She got the beef brisket sandwich. Our server brought out a small bowl of the sauce they use for the black and blue tenderloin for our fries, because we couldn't decide between that and the shrimp limoncello. Every single time we go here everything is phenomenal. One of the best restaurants in the valley. You can't go wrong at Apollo Grill. Delicious food options whether you just want an appetizer and a cocktail, or if you want a full entrée and a craft beer. They have it all.
