I originally ordered a bacon Big Cheesy Bacon Burger combo with large curly fries and a large peach lemonade, along with 4 Mozzarella Sticks and 2 sides of Cup of Cheddar Sauce. The delivery driver contacted me and informed me that Arby's did not have the burger I ordered or any other burgers. They asked if I would like something else, so I agreed to a half pound roast beef without red ranch sauce instead. The fries, roast beef, and Mozzarella Sticks were not hot or warm, and my sandwich had the sweet red sauce on it despite my request for it to be without. The Double Beef and Cheddar and the Reubens at this restaurant are delicious and savory. I recently tried the mint shake for the first time and it was excellent. Arbys also has the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. I would love to see a pork sandwich with garlic, onions, and pork gravy, as well as a big BLT on the menu in the future. It would also be great to have the Fresh sandwich chicken pecan and grape available year-round. With such great options, I may never need to go anywhere else for fast food.
the food was delicious, fresh and relatiw timely. we first got the wrong order, and while the worker was pleasant at the window, the manager 'running' was eating less so. we explained that we did not get the right order and were met with argumentation comments from her while she fixed the problem.
Lilian's customer service was very poor. The food was prepared haphazardly and my order was not made correctly. I even found that my large fry was only half full. Despite the disappointing experience, Lilian showed no concern and simply brushed me off, suggesting I contact Doordash instead.

The girl manager Lillian needs to find a new job. She is so rude and so underneath all of her coworkers. It was definitely harassment what I witnessed in the drive-through. Her physically, touching other coworkers than begging my food disgusting. Sheneeds to be fired or dealt with.
I love my local Arby’s! When other chains are still struggling to keep employees this store is always open, pleasant employees, same great food I like, and not a long wait even if the drive thru is busy. I typically go around dinner time and have only had good experiences!
My classic beef and cheddar was cold and had no sauce. The bun was hard and the roast beef was just thrown on not put on, and the drink is water down and flat. And the door dasher left the food right in front of the door so I knocked the drink over.
Tried the new rib sandwich and I give it a seven plus. Um, Arby's being one that I love and I actually liked the sandwich. I had to warm it up more and wish their was more sauce on it.. Overall, I liked it.

Usually satisfied with Arby's. My last visit the Brisket sandwich was overcooked the cheese was getting hard and there were no crispy onions. Felt the sandwich was sitting for a long time and not fresh.
Food was fine. I asked for ranch twice before getting handed my food. I proceeded to get my bag without ranch. I went inside to get ranch and came out with Caesar dressing in cups.
