The people at the front desk are beyond rude. When you call, when you come in they act like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want anyone coming through the doors like we are wasting their time. I was there over the weekend, I had a reservation for 9pm. I got there and the girls at the front were rude, looking at each other in front of me and giving each other looks and they say “just letting you know we close at 10pm” I said “Ok well it’s 9pm. We have time.” Again, they looked at each other gave each other a look and seated me and my friend. The food here is very good, and as a New Yorker I can safely say it’s as good or better than most city restaurants. I have boys that go to Brown and had several great meals here. The last time I went I had my licensed service dog with me, a black Labrador, and the staff could not have been less helpful with us. They reluctantly accepted him even though I showed his license. We were sat next to the front door away from other guests and they refused to give him water claiming the restaurant had a policy against it incase it spilled and caused a trip hazard. The staff were extremely rude and we will never return. So disappointing.
Delicious food, but service is minimal. It was effortful to get the bartender’s attention to order on a slow night where the place was more than half empty. I wanted an additional glass of wine and to order food, but I waited 40 minutes before the bartender came over to check on us, after we waved them down. Really took away from what could’ve been an upscale experience that the environment and meals are offering.
Service was absolutely wonderful, even on a busy Saturday night. Food was outstanding from Caesar salads and pizza app to the main meals (including salmon/pasta special and chicken marsala). Dessert was a different story. Four of us shared the peanut butter cup and warm chocolate brownie. We were all disappointed in both and even left some behind.

Enjoyed a family dinner last Saturday and reservation to dining was exceptional. Brandon, our server , was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for great food and an enjoyable atmosphere. Prices were reasonable.
Bacaro was nice. Our meal was very good. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. However, the resteraunt was a little loud and a bit cramped, but it was nice overall.
Amazing atmosphere and food. Start with the Pizzas for an appetizer. I had the veal bolognese and it was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had. 10/10!
First time dining there for my daughter's birthday. Food was outstanding. Service very good!
