The waitress was exceptional! I hadn't visited a bakery in years since the one in my neighborhood closed down about a decade ago. Fortunately, I already knew what to order from the menu since it was quite familiar to me, and I was excited to try again! The atmosphere where I was seated was fantastic—I could hear my Mexican colleagues enjoying their work, and there were great seating options that allowed me to be fully aware of everything around me. The waitress was very attentive and brought our food out promptly! My daughter's crepe plate looked and tasted delicious, while my own dish was hearty and equally tasty. Has been 28 years since I been to a bakers square restaurant. The one near my home at the time closed. Then I moved to Arizona, no bakers Squares in AZ. They have changed quite a bit. They no longer carry the double cream lemon pie, wow it was to die for. I tried the lemon supreme, naah wasn't even close. They only had 1 Cinnamon roll in the store. We always got the Cinnamon roll to take home. Well since they no longer use butter, margarine products only. The icing made with margarine was nasty. So were the pancakes. I scraped the spread off my pancake and took them home to eat with real (butter and syrup). I was so excited when I was back in Illinois and saw that they had a bakers square. I...
8 people in restaurant. 4 left already, waiting to long for service. Maybe? 5 staff. SLOW SERVICE, corporate changed menu so bad. Berger was the only thing appetizing. That didn’t taste great. (Berger king better). Only stayed for pie. . Only got 1/2 pie in. Soup bowl. Dinners and are off my menus here. Take out overpriced pies here ONLY. Corporate don’t care about fast efficient service or taste of foods
All of the BSquare restaurants have gone out of business in WI. which is very sad for my family so we were really looking forward to eating at this one. Sadly it was awful. Our chicken pita sandwiches were cold chicken and not fresh vegetables. We ordered cherry and also French Silk pie for dessert and the pies were hard and the filling gelatinous. Would never go back to that location sadly.

We enjoy visiting the Bakers Square on North Avenue. One of the main reasons we choose to go at certain times is because of the morning waitress with the wonderful smile. She is welcoming, patient, cheerful, and very professional. Her excellent service is just as deserving of the five-star rating as the food itself. We're definitely coming back!
Waited way too long for the server to come over to take our order. Manager was not able to help out. Another couple came in and the manager asked them if the wanted something to drink. She never asked us. She was very confused as to why we in the restaurant. I believe the way we were treated was very racist. Will never return
There food is okay at best. The service was terrible. The manager needed to help serve, which we understood, but he acted like it was beneath him. When we pointed out that one of our meals (soup and salad) had not been brought out he told to, Just wait, it 's coming. When we ordered pie, they were out of apple and cherry.
Went on Mother's Day it could of been better it was not that crowded were seated close to the hostesses station. A little fight broke out. Could hear everything seating that close. Our food was kinda of cold but the dessert the country apple pie was bangin' with carmel sauce, delicious.

I had an amazing experience today at the bakery. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the waitress provided some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. To my surprise, the food was excellent as well. Great food and wonderful service—I will definitely be returning!
I recommend Bakkers Square for those looking for a good nutritious meal and great service. The food is very good and the service is excellent. Meals are also very reasonable in price. Thanks Bakers Square!
