It's not often I rate a place without even eating the food . Walked in and was told only 1 server would be 5 minute wait which i was fine with . Waited for 15 mins before I had to remind them I was waiting . The hostess who could of seated us to begin with walked away and ignored me I presume was the manager who seated us . Waited another 10 mins with no service, there was only 3 people seated and they had already been served ,meanwhile the server was walking circles and not doing anything the hostess was walking around not doing anything the manager was clueless as to anything going on . The waitress was SUPERB!I haven't been to a bakers Square ever since they took the one from our neighborhood and that was about a decade ago. Luckily for me their menu was the same so I knew exactly what to eat. I was excited to try their food once more!!!The atmosphere where I was seated was great (I could hear my Mexicans fellows enjoying working), perfect seating to listen and be awared of everything. Let's start of by saying THANK YOU for ruining my mom's 65th birthday awesome job to everybody who works for this garbage company. I placed an order 3 days in advance for delivery one hour before the order was scheduled to be delivered they canceled it. Has been 28 years since I been to a bakers square restaurant. The one near my home at the time closed. Then I moved to Arizona, no bakers Squares in AZ. They have changed quite a bit. They no longer carry the double cream lemon pie, wow it was to die for. I tried the lemon supreme, naah wasn't even close. They only had 1 Cinnamon roll in the store. We always got the Cinnamon roll to take home. Well since they no longer use butter, margarine products only. The icing made with margarine was nasty. So were the pancakes. I scraped the spread off my pancake and took them home to eat with real (butter and syrup). I was so excited when I was back in Illinois and saw that they had a bakers square. I... This is a place that you typically would probably pass up in which I consider visiting Which to my surprise was very impressive 1st of all facility was very clean and I was Approach immediately. The waitress was to the point which is not a bad thing when you're hungry. Took my order received the food within 5 minutes and and the food was very good. Would definitely visit again.if you in the area and Visit definitely asked for Alisa, she's a team player.keep up the good work ?.
All of the BSquare restaurants have gone out of business in WI. which is very sad for my family so we were really looking forward to eating at this one. Sadly it was awful. Our chicken pita sandwiches were cold chicken and not fresh vegetables. We ordered cherry and also French Silk pie for dessert and the pies were hard and the filling gelatinous. Would never go back to that location sadly.
Waited way too long for the server to come over to take our order. Manager was not able to help out. Another couple came in and the manager asked them if the wanted something to drink. She never asked us. She was very confused as to why we in the restaurant. I believe the way we were treated was very racist. Will never return
Absolutely loved the baby shower cake they made me for my co worker’s baby shower. I will definitely go back again . I showers them a picture , and it came out exactly how i wanted it and they even gave me great suggestions on extra decorations for the cake . Réservez une table maintenant
