The customer service here is really bad. I've been to other Baskin Robbins, it's my favorite ice cream joint from I was a kid. There is always Baskin in my freezer. But I moved to New Milford and ive been visiting this location and it's a disgrace the amount of ice cream I'm served whenever I go here. I have to buy from other joints on my way home because I've heard and seen other customers complain and argue about the something. I'm a very displeased customer.
They have a charming new little ice cream shop. While I generally prefer to support local ice cream businesses over corporate ones, I still have a fondness for this company since I visited it during my childhood. The cotton candy flavor is delicious! However, I would appreciate it if they could offer more dairy-free options beyond just sherbet.
I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. The service is excellent, and the food is fresh and delicious. My only concern is that parking is quite limited, with only one entrance and exit. I absolutely love their hash browns! One suggestion: could you consider adding a breakfast steak sandwich to compete with McDonald's?
The line was far too long for coffee during the afternoon break. Went to the BR line for ice, much faster and she gave a generous pots in the children's size cup. A good number of tables to sit and enjoy a break from busy life. Clean and well organized business. Réservez une table maintenant
Connected to the dunkin donuts. If you are trying to turn left you will upset everyone behind you. Parking sucks too it's so tight getting in and out
I ordered two ice creams on Uber eats and they gave me two ice creams that were so far from what I ordered like literally not even close whatsoever
